Our wholesale suppliers stock a huge range of drinks and more often than not we will be able to supply your chosen table wine, Champagne, Prosecco or Cava at a much better price than you might find in the supermarket or off-license.

All served in our own high quality, virtually unbreakable, polycarbonate glasses. Or real glass option available at no extra cost when booking a drinks package.
Following on from the welcome drinks, table wines and toast drinks we can then cater for your full bar needs with a selection of options to suit you.

Bar Classic
- Your bar would run and operate like a regular pub bar. Your guests pay for their drinks as they order them.
Balance Bar*
- You pay an advance deposit based upon the expected number of guests. Your guests drink for free and you are presented with a bill for the difference at the end of the event to be settled by debit or credit card using our secure card payment facilities. This is otherwise known as a free bar.
Complimentary Bar*
- You set your own limit on the value of complimentary drinks and pay this as an advance deposit. Once this figure is reached the bar reverts to a regular, pay bar. We can supply tokens which you present to your guests to facilitate the fair and even distribution of your complimentary drinks. These tokens make great favours or gifts.

*At any point during bar service you can request a running total of drinks so far. An itemised till roll receipt is also supplied post event. Advance deposits contribute towards the total balance owed (unless the 'drink sold value' is less than this deposit - in which case the difference will be refunded)
FlyBar requires a £100.00 booking deposit for each event. This secures the date, Temporary Event Notice and charge for our services. This charge is non-refundable.
If you are also booking FlyBase Discotheque or Beach Hut Photobooth services the FlyBar deposit is £50.00

We have secured facilities for taking both deposit payments and debit and credit card payments on the night for drinks purchases.
Our wireless and contactless
commercial card machine works over the cellular network and can roam all
the providers so chances are your venue is covered. Along with WIFI enabled card facilities.
